Refund Policy

All furniture items are non-refundable.

All furniture delivered will be checked by our staff upon delivery. Any faults incurred there after will be addressed at the discretion of 'Surroundings' and in accordance with our suppliers' regulations of manufacturing defaults.


RE-STOCKING CHARGE:
Any items of furniture delivered and found not to fit the required space or that we are unable to manoeuvre into the house due to inaccurate measurements will be re-stocked, but a fee of 25% of the total amount of the sale will be charged.


REPLACEMENT FEE:
There will be a minimal fee charged which will include delivery and assembly of all replacement goods. The initial call out to assess the fault will be free of charge.


ORDERED ITEMS:
Items that are specifically ordered from our suppliers or 'made to measure' pieces are strictly non-refundable.


ACCESSORIES:
Refunds on accessories will only be given when items are returned in good order and within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the receipt. There will be no refund on items purchased in a sale or on items purchased at a discounted price.
